Aaron Paulsey

Aaron Paulsey has over 15 years of experience in the global industry and specializes in machine technology, industrial thermoplastics manufacturing and fabrication, product standards, supply chain management, equipment design, marketing, and product development.

In 2009, Aaron led the initial research and development stages of thermoplastic composite piping technology from the concept phase, with production and testing of over 1,000 pipe specimens in the first several years.

As the former General Manager for PE Valve, LLC, he led all operations and international projects, including the implementation of a thermoplastic valve manufacturing cell in China and oversaw product type testing to gain approvals for European water and gas standards.

Aaron previously led a team responsible for all incoming raw materials and plant-wide material handling operations for Smith International in Houston (now Schlumberger).
